A Simple and Efficient Way to Manage Your League Matches
Managing your league matches just got easier! for Summer 2025, I have designed a hassle-free Excel-based scorecard solution that requires no manual input—just a few simple selections and a click of a button. If you have Excel, this tool will take care of everything for you, from generating the match scorecards to printing the results sheet.
If technology isn’t your thing, don’t worry—I have also provided printable PDF versions that you can fill in by hand. 😊
What’s Included?
1. The Automated Excel ScoreCard
This Excel spreadsheet does all the hard work for you. Just follow these steps:
- Select your division, club, and home match date from three drop-down menus.
- Click the Print button.
- Your scorecards and results sheet will be automatically filled out and printed for you.
2. PDF Versions for Manual Entry
For those who prefer a traditional approach, I have also included:
- A printable PDF scorecard to record match results by hand.
- A printable PDF results sheet to manually document and submit match outcomes.
Important Notes About the Excel File
- The spreadsheet contains a Macro that automates printing, so you need to save it as a Macro-Enabled Worksheet (
.xlsminstead of.xlsx).- Some firewalls or antivirus software may flag macro-enabled files as a security risk. If you receive a warning, you may need to allow the file to run macros.
