We’re pleased to introduce a new and improved way to get in touch with county officials, team captains, and clubs across the association.
Over time, managing contact details has become more challenging — particularly balancing accessibility with the need to protect members’ personal information. To address this, we have now standardised email addresses for key roles using dedicated team-based accounts (for example, team.###@gsmba.uk, club.###@gsmba.uk, etc.).

- All county, team, and club contacts now use role-based email addresses
- Personal email addresses are no longer published on the website
- A consistent and easy-to-understand format has been introduced

Contact details are displayed in a protected format.
Simply click on a contact name to reveal the email address and open your email application.
🔹 Why we’ve made this change
- To protect members’ personal contact details
- To reduce spam and automated harvesting of email addresses
- To ensure continuity when roles change within clubs and teams
- To provide a clearer and more professional contact structure
🔹 Member responsibility
Members are encouraged to review the contact list. Where a partially obscured email address provides a clue to the underlying contact, it remains the responsibility of the individual (or club) to ensure that these details are correct and kept up to date.
Please notify us promptly of any changes so we can keep the system accurate and effective.
This new system allows us to keep communication open and accessible, while taking a responsible approach to privacy and data protection.
