We can now confirm that the Association’s AGM and Presentation of Trophies will take place at 7.00pm on 24 April at the Wotton Hall Social Club (Skittle Alley), 138 Barnwood Road, Gloucester, GL4 3JS. All clubs may send 2 delegates mandated to vote on behalf of their club to the meeting. We also invite all trophy winners and runners-up and the captains of League winners and runners-up to attend to collect their cups and shields.
Attached is a draft agenda for the meeting: if any club or individual has a proposition for the meeting to consider, they should submit it and any supporting documents, with the names of the proposer and seconder, to the Secretary, preferable by e-mail, by 31 March 2024. No business other than that formally notified in this way may be debated at the meeting.
Any nominations for officer and captain, together with proposer and seconder, should also be sent to the Secretary by 31 March 2024. The League Secretary has already indicated that he will be standing down.
I will publish a final agenda, including any proposals and nominations, officers’ reports and accounts by 14 April 2024.
