You will see from the enclosed paperwork that we do have three vacancies to fill but anyone interested needs to be present at the meeting. A reminder also that only members that were registered by 30 June 2025 are permitted to vote.

Tea and coffee will be available and a buffet lunch provided. Can you please let us know of any dietary requirements/allergies so that we can inform the hotel.
