DESCRIPTION:Dear County Secretaries \nPlease find enclosed documents for the ESMBA Annual General Meeting which will start at 10.30 am on Saturday 19 July 2025 at the Holiday Inn\, Hinckley Road\, Coventry\, CV2 2HP. \nWithin this pack there is:- \nAgenda for AGM 2025 and Open Forum\nMinutes from Special General Meeting 2024 and AGM 2024\nAttendance register from management meetings\nAccounts for 2024/2025\nOfficers’ reports\nProposed management fees\nProposals for ESMBA Management Committee\nProposal from North Yorkshire SMBA re National place allocation (for Open Forum) \nYou will see from the enclosed paperwork that we do have three vacancies to fill but anyone interested needs to be present at the meeting.  A reminder also that only members that were registered by 30 June 2025 are permitted to vote. \nTea and coffee will be available and a buffet lunch provided.
