This message is formal notification to member clubs that the 2022 GSMBA AGM will be held at Corse and Staunton Village hall at 7.00pm on Thursday 28 April 2022.
The AGM will be followed immediately by a discussion forum, where those present may raise questions or discuss issues of general interest to the whole association.
The annual presentation of trophies to league and competition winners will conclude the evening.
Nominations for officers and motions for consideration by the AGM should be made in writing (email is acceptable, indeed preferred!) to the Secretary by 31 March 2022. All nominations and motions for changes to the constitution or rules should be proposed and seconded by member clubs, as required in the constitution. The AGM will only consider business formally notified and included on the agenda, which will be published immediately after the closing date.
Please also let the Secretary know in advance of any items for discussion at the forum.
