Our annual charity fund raising tournament in aid of Macmillan Cancer support will be held at Leominster leisure centre, Bridge Street again this year. This year it is on Saturday 29th November 2025.

Entry this year is £28.00 per team. Email your entry form to the county competition secretary on hsmbacompetitionsec@gmail.com and pay by bank transfer using the following details –

There is one guaranteed team for each club, but clubs are invited to indicate how many further teams they would like to enter, if places are available. However, please DO NOT include money for any further teams at this stage. Once all entries have been received there will be a draw for any remaining places after all the guaranteed places have been allocated – match details, playing times etc.., will be forwarded to each club well in advance of the day.

It is our intention that this tournament (which is open to registered and non-registered players) will provide the opportunity for bowlers, to meet in a friendly and competitive atmosphere – to give everyone the chance to have a thoroughly enjoyable day, whilst raising as much money as possible for the worthy cause.

With up to 40 teams playing – the match format will be teams of four, playing two woods each; all teams will play four games to a timed format of 40 minutes per game, with two points for a win and one point for a draw.

Tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the day, but everyone should bring their own lunch – there will be a separate room available for refreshments and the rest periods between games.
