The GSMBA’s AGM and Presentation of Trophies will again be held at the Wotton Hall Social Club at 7.00pm on Wednesday 23 April 2025. Your club is entitled to send 2 delegates to the meeting to vote on proposals and in elections for Officers and you may of course submit proposals to be considered by the meeting and nominate candidates for Officer posts. You will see from the agenda that the Management Committee are proposing a series of amendments to the Constitution: you may also suggest amendments to these.
The deadline for submission of proposals or nominations, which must be sent to me in writing, preferably by e-mail to gloucestershire@esmba.co.uk, is 31 March 2025. I will then add these to the agenda and circulate the final version of the agenda by 09 April 2025.
Immediately following the closure of the AGM, we will hold a discussion forum at which attendees may raise any other concerns or issues, which they would like the incoming Officers and Management Committee to address. It is helpful to advise me of any matters you wish to discuss at this forum, as it allows other delegates to make informed contributions, though you are not required to do so.
The evening will conclude with the Presentation of Trophies to all League and County Competition winners, as listed in Attachment B to the agenda (to be updated when final league positions are known). All winners and runners-up are cordially invited to attend to collect their trophies: please pass this invitation to relevant members of your club.
