The final date for submission of proposals and nominations for officers to the GSMBA AGM has now passed and no proposals nor nominations have been received. Therefore, I attach the final agenda for this year’s meeting which will take place at Wotton Hall Social Club, starting at 7.00pm on Wednesday 22 April 2026.

I would like to remind clubs that while any member may attend, only 2 mandated delegates per club will be entitled to vote on any matter.

The AGM will be followed by an open forum, where delegates may raise any issues, which they feel the Committee or officers should address. It will conclude with the presentation of trophies to the League and Competition winners – all are cordially invited to attend to collect their trophies. A full list of winners is included with the agenda,

Officers’ reports and accounts will be circulated as soon as they are available.
