At 7.00pm on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 at Wotton Hall Social Club (Skittle Alley)
All registered clubs have 2 votes which can be cast at the meeting, separately, by 2 mandated delegates in
accordance with the wishes of the members of that club.

1. Apologies for absence
2. Approval of Minutes of last AGM on 24 April 2024
3. Matters arising from the Minutes of the 2024 AGM
4. To receive reports from the officers of the Association (delegates may put questions to any officer on
the content of his/her report):
a. Chairman
b. Secretary
c. Treasurer – Adoption of accounts
d. Membership Secretary
e. League Secretary
f. Competitions Secretary
g. County Team Captain
5. Proposals
Amendments to Constitution proposed by the Management Committee (see Attachment A for details).
6. Election of Officers
7. Election of Captain
8. Appointment of Independent Examiner of Accounts
9. Closure of Meeting.
DISCUSSION FORUM
After the closure of the formal business, there will be a forum for discussion of any topic delegates feel
should be addressed.
PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES
Trophies will be presented to the winners of Leagues and individual and team competitions. A full list of
winners and runners-up can be found at Attachment B.
