The recent Pairs Bowls competition saw an impressive turnout, with 17 teams competing across 4 groups, showcasing great representation from county clubs. The inclusion of Caer Glow shows how county tournaments are increasing in appeal. After a tightly contested round-robin stage, a diverse mix of clubs still had representatives vying for top honours, underscoring the high level of talent and competition on display.
Our runners-up, Jan and Phil Jennings, also deserve a round of applause for their outstanding performance throughout the competition.
A special thanks goes to Chris for his flawless tournament organisation, ensuring the event ran smoothly and was enjoyed by all. What a fantastic day for bowls in the county!
