Thank you to everyone who played this past season in the county A team. I know that everyone who played enjoyed doing so and I appreciate the part played by people who came in at the last minute because of someone being ill and so there was always a full team on the day. We did not win them all but getting to the semi-final of the plate knockout and only losing by 22 points to 18 against Dorset was very good. The most frustrating result of the whole season was losing to Hereford by a single shot on the very last end and very last bowl of our final match to put them a single point above us in the ICC league table. Thank you all again, you did me and the county proud.
