SUMMARY:ESMBA England Trials 2023
DESCRIPTION:ESMBA Registered members are invited to enter for the England Trials with a view to earning a place in the England Squad. All entrants are reminded that they should only enter these trials if they are prepared to accept a place in the England Team if selected. Dates for the 2023/24 season are shown below.\nThe England Team Management will select players from the trials to join with the players who win a National Championship in the Singles\, Pairs\, Triples or Fours to form the England Squad for the forthcoming season. To be eligible for selection players must either win a National Championship or enter the England Trials.\nCounty Managers may nominate players to the England Team Management who will then invite players to take part in the trials. Alternatively\, individuals may themselves complete this form and apply to take part. The England Team Management will invite players to attend a one day trial. The England Management will organise the players into teams to compete against each and to demonstrate their abilities – being observed and marked on their play throughout the day.\nTrials forms can be emailed or posted to the England Manager (details below) and must be received by 10th April 2023 \nAdministrative Details \n\nThe trials will be held under ESMBA rules.\nAll players must be dressed in accordance with ESMBA rules.\nThe trials will be held at Solihull (April) and Oxford (May)\nAll players must check in by 9:30am\n\n2023/24 Diary Dates \n\n10th Sept – President’s Day\n8th Oct – Squad Day\n29th Oct – International vs Wales\n18th/19th Nov – British Isles Championships\, Wales\n28th Jan – Squad Day\n15th-17th Mar – World Championships\, Belfast\n\nhttp://www.esmba.co.uk/app/download/10392713/England+Trials+Form+2023-2.pdf
