DESCRIPTION:The Gloucestershire County Team is now inviting registered ESMBA/GSMBA players to put themselves forward for selection for the 2026/27 County Season. \nWhether you’re an experienced county player or have never considered county bowls before\, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself\, develop your game\, and enjoy bowling alongside some of the county’s finest players. \n📅 County Registration & Trial Day \nSunday 13th September 2026 \n📍 GL1 Freedom Leisure Centre\, Gloucester \nPlayers should wear black trousers and their club shirt\, with club stickers displayed on their bowls. \nThe county team competes in: \n🏆 Inter-County Championship (ICC) \n🏆 Brunel Cup \n🏆 Two Shires Trophy \nAdditional coaching sessions are also being planned throughout the season to help players develop and prepare for county competition. \nIf you would like to be considered for selection\, please complete the registration form and return it to Monica Carter no later than 31st July 2026. \n📧 Email: county.captain@gsmba.uk \nIf you are interested in playing for the county but cannot attend the September trial day due to a pre-arranged holiday\, family commitment\, or illness\, please contact Monica to discuss your circumstances. \nWhy not give it a go?
