Apologies for absence  \n2. Approval of Minutes of last AGM on 24 April 2024  \n3. Matters arising from the Minutes of the 2024 AGM  \n4. To receive reports from the officers of the Association (delegates may put questions to any officer on\nthe content of his/her report):  \na. Chairman  \nb. Secretary  \nc. Treasurer – Adoption of accounts  \nd. Membership Secretary  \ne. League Secretary  \nf. Competitions Secretary  \ng. County Team Captain  \n5. Proposals  \nAmendments to Constitution proposed by the Management Committee (see Attachment A for details).  \n6. Election of Officers  \n7. Election of Captain  \n8. Appointment of Independent Examiner of Accounts  \n9. Closure of Meeting.\nDISCUSSION FORUM\nAfter the closure of the formal business\, there will be a forum for discussion of any topic delegates feel\nshould be addressed.\nPRESENTATION OF TROPHIES\nTrophies will be presented to the winners of Leagues and individual and team competitions.
